Welcome to Desh Se! We are committed to delivering your favourite premium grocery products—spices, dry fruits, nuts, and more—safely and promptly to your doorstep. Please review our shipping policy below.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across all major cities and regions in India. International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Shipping Time

  • Standard Delivery: 4-7 business days depending on the delivery location.

  • Express Delivery (if available): 1-3 business days. Additional charges may apply.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on orders above ₹1500. (for Kolkata ₹500)

  • shipping fee is calculated based on our shipping partner based on the delivery location at the time of check out (Except Kolkata).

  • A Flat Shipping rate of ₹80 is charged for orders below ₹500 (for Kolkata Only)

  • Express delivery charges (if selected) will be calculated at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email and SMS. You can use this to track your package in real time.

6. Packaging

All products are packed securely and hygienically to ensure freshness and safety during transit. We use eco-friendly and food-safe packaging materials.

7. Delivery Issues

  • In case of incorrect address input, Desh Se is not liable for undelivered shipments. Please double-check your delivery details before confirming your order.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged product or if any item is missing from your order, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details at [support contact].
